The National Quality Standard is a key aspect of the National Quality Framework and sets a benchmark for early childhood education and care, and outside school hours care services in Australia. The process reflects a uniform approach to assessment and reporting across a range of service settings. The overall rating for a service is determined by the combination of the Quality Area ratings achieved. These quality areas include:
Educational program and practice,
Children’s health and safety,
Physical environment,
Staffing arrangements,
Relationships with children,
Collaborative partnerships with families and communities and
Leadership and service management.
The team have worked extremely hard in each of these key areas and continue each day to work beyond expectation to meet the growing needs of your child. Each child’s needs and interests are fostered in a caring and loving atmosphere. With our “positive guiding technique” we strive to ensure that each child develops in an engaging, happy environment.
